My DD really enjoyed reading this book. She liked the story and the surprise ending! The chapters were easy for her to tackle. She liked the font size. She also liked getting to do the worksheets which are available that correspond to each book. This would make a good gift for a young lady who enjoys animals like my daughter. Kregel Publishing has a long list of quality reading material and activities for all age groups.
